Meggan Potter

Care Co-ordinator

Meggan's primary role is to ensure and check the accurate preparation and planning of the implementation of the daily allocations of care visits for field employees by the Scheduler and covering office phones. She will Lead, Support and Advise the Scheduler in their job description roles and tasks.Meggan also undertake's the QA and auditing of the care service visits to achieve a consistent, safe, effective, responsive service. Meggan is also our Moving & Handling Trainer and will also mentor carers in the field to give further training and support.  Meggan has over 25 years in the social care sector. Meggan also supervises and supports the Team Leader in their role.
