Michelle Traher

Business Manager & QA Adviser

 

Michelle’s primary responsibility is for new customers and carers welfare and the day to day managing of the service. She supervises and supports our Care Coordinator's in their priority roles. She works closely with the office team and is committed to offering a positive and individual outcome for all involved. She is also our Quality Assurance Advisor, working closely with the Registered Manager in maintaining and improving our customer's experiences and care service. Michelle is mainly involved in the growth of the company. She works closely with and supports our Finance Manager, Jane Lucy. Michelle has over 20 year's experience in the care sector and is trained in Health & Social Care, Risk Assessments and Customer Care.
