End of Life Care
Lavender carers are fully trained in End of Life Care. It is our priority to ensure that your loved one is safe, peaceful and comfortable at home at this precious time while respecting and following their wishes.
It is important to us that you feel supported at this time and our carers will be happy to assist with routine jobs around the home.
Our carers will assist with medication as prescribed and ensure that all tasks are carried out respectfully and with dignity for your loved one.
We will help with personal care, feeding, and household tasks. Our staff have received training in stoma care and can provide the support you require in this area.
