Reablement Home Care
We can offer you short term personal care, help with daily living activities and other practical tasks, to encourage people to redevelop the confidence and skills they may have lost due to an illness or a recent hospital stay.
We can help you or someone you may know by attending to physical, challenging needs that maybe impaired due to a disability or frailty. We can just be there to give encouragement, ensure safety or help with a strip wash, shower or bath.
We can sensitively support a person who has continence needs. We can make a meal and ensure you are drinking lots to keep hydrated.
We work closely with other health care professionals such as doctors and occupational therapist and associated health care specialists.
