As our name suggests, our mission is to support and improve the quality of life for those we serve. We fulfill this mission through listening to and understanding our service users needs, effective training and support of our care staff and ensuring that you or your loved one receives the best possible care available.
Clare has worked for Lavender for over 4 years and we wish her well in joining our team of Champions.
Clare has successfully undertaken further training and will be sharing this through regular sessions with carers and in addition offering support and advice.
The aim is to offer our carers further knowledge thus ensuring our service users recieve a positive outcome from our carers visits.
