I have the pleasure in introducing Lavenders new Dementia Champion,
Clare Jolley.
Clare has worked for Lavender for over 4 years and we wish her well in joining our team of Champions.
Clare has successfully undertaken further training and will be sharing this through regular sessions with carers and in addition offering support and advice.
The aim is to offer our carers further knowledge thus ensuring our service users recieve a positive outcome from our carers visits.
