Verity Freeman

Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator

Verity, undertakes the full selection and interviewing and recruitment process of new candidates who meet the job specification. She will organise your induction training and shadowing with an experience carer. Verity also ensures the service is evidencing legislative and regulative requirements, to staff undertaking refresher training in a timely manner to supporting the service with HR and other required administrative roles. Verity undertakes a new employee’s first Supervision and works closely with the office team in aiding the communication and retention of our carer workers. Verity also leads in our Social media and supports all the office team in learning new technologies.
